At the Green House we rent out two types of apartments; ground floor apartments with a terrace and first floor apartments. Both are the exact same size, have the same amenities and sleep up to four people.
This apartment is located on the ground floor and gives direct access to the terrace. From the apartment and it’s terrace you have a great view over the landscape. The apartment has a open kitchen with two cooking hobs, a microwave and a fridge. It provides a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, the apartment has a private entrance and terrace. Guest are also free to use the other seating spots and terraces that can be found in the garden.
This apartment is located on the first floor and offers a great view on the lake and the beautiful surroundings. The apartment has a open kitchen with two cooking hobs, a microwave and a fridge. It provides a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, the apartment has a private entrance and guest are also free to use the other seating spots and terraces that can be found in the garden.
– Check in: between 15:00 and 22:00.
– Please let us know beforehand which time you are planning to check in.
– Check out: until 11:00.
– Cancellations: non-refundable.
– You’ll be charged the total price if you cancel your booking. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.
– Prepayment: Prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please check the prepayment policy when selecting your apartment.
– Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge.
– Any additional children or adults are charged SEK 200 per night.
– The maximum number of extra beds in a room is one.
– Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by us.
– Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
– Pets: Pets are not allowed.
– Parties: Parties/events are not allowed.
– Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
– Quiet hours: Guests need be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.
